I am a Salesforce Certified Professional with hands-on experience as a solo admin. Highlights from my Salesforce experience include deploying a new enterprise edition instance at my current company. Designing an org from scratch required applying business logic and data management to a very unique business structure that must also stand up to auditing from multiple states. Not only did it require a lot of customizations and automations, but an experience cloud site was needed to collect data through screen flows. I have also had a recent opportunity to work with a team on a volunteer project to create a donor management process.Some of the soft skills I bring to the table are strong communication, team facilitation, and strategic planning. In my prior professional role, I was a special education case manager for over 10 years. This has provided me the skills to develop and deliver strategic plans and their outcomes. I am comfortable delivering content to key stakeholders, whether the content is amazing or downright difficult to hear. I am fluent in conducting research, utilizing proper data collection techniques, collaboratively or independently making decision, and designing and delivering engaging presentations.Outside of the workplace, I enjoy spending my time hiking, attending community arts and cultural events, and travel. And, well, you can still find me at trailhead still blazing trails. I am actively engaged in multiple Salesforce communities and groups to increase my Salesforce knowledge, awareness, and professional connections.
