Assistant Property Manager for 8 core commercial assets totaling approximately 1.4 million square feet• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with tenants by responding/ directing to all requests in a prompt, resourceful and courteous manner• Assist and provide direction for security and operations team on a day to day basis portfolio-wide• Lead role in the preparing and sending tenant communication via Angus Systems• Maintain insurance binders for all properties and ensure tenant insurance certificates arecurrent, compliant, and in accordance with the relevant terms of the lease• Coordinate and administer tenant events, sustainability and environmental initiatives, buildingmaintenance and repairs programs.• Maintain all necessary databases for portfolio, including tenants, contracts, service providers, andemergency contact information;• Lead in the co-ordination of the emergency response and fire warden training for each property

• First point of contact for general sales and marketing enquiries• Extensive experience converting enquiries to successful sales, through independent conduct of site inspections, contract negotiations, and post-stay follow ups• Management of online booking portals and analysis of sales data to guide marketing strategies• Frequent sales and marketing interaction with business leaders and high-profile personalities• Active representation of property at in-house and external networking events• Training and experience in sales calls and telemarketing• Sole responsibility for preparation of daily revenue reports for hotel shareholders• Reporting directly to Executive Assistant Manager, Sales and Marketing• Voluntary lateral service to assist Front of House duties on a regular basis
