• Assistant Property Manager for 8 core commercial assets totaling approximately 1.4 million square feet
• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with tenants by responding/ directing to all requests in a prompt, resourceful and courteous manner
• Assist and provide direction for security and operations team on a day to day basis portfolio-wide
• Lead role in the preparing and sending tenant communication via Angus Systems
• Maintain insurance binders for all properties and ensure tenant insurance certificates arecurrent, compliant, and in accordance with the relevant terms of the lease
• Coordinate and administer tenant events, sustainability and environmental initiatives, buildingmaintenance and repairs programs.

• First point of contact for general sales and marketing enquiries
• Extensive experience converting enquiries to successful sales, through independent conduct of site inspections, contract negotiations, and post-stay follow ups
• Management of online booking portals and analysis of sales data to guide marketing strategies
• Frequent sales and marketing interaction with business leaders and high-profile personalities
• Active representation of property at in-house and external networking events
• Training and experience in sales calls and telemarketing
