Current• Coordinate the transport from the coil aluminium suppliers in Germany to all Ball's Corporation factories in Europe.• Inventory Optimization: Strategically managing stock levels at external warehouses to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with different departments across the supply chain to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.• Team Coordination: coordinate different teams from all over Europe• Manage multiple carriers: working with different carriers to ensure an effective shipment distribution.• Inventory Management: communication with warehouses and factories in order to manage stock effectively and efficiently.• Coordinate stock requirements of Ball's factories in Europe based on the availability of materials in the different warehouses• Demand Planning: Analyzing data and metrics to forecast demand accurately and align stock requirements with factory needs based on warehouse inventory availability.• Data Analysis: using data and metrics to assess carriers performance and drive continuous improvements.• Proactive Monitoring : ensure all loads are promptly collected and delivered by trucking companies as per client instructions.•Supplier Relations: working closely with factories and suppliers to maintain accurate inventory levels, resolving discrepancies, and facilitating a smooth supply chain process.•Master scheduling: ensuring effective coordination between market demand, material availability, and production capacity. • Problem Resolution: Identifying logistical issues and transport challenges.
