I recently completed a legal administrative certification program with CrossPurpose. With this career change I will be able to be the voice for others and give them support and guidance through the legal system. My passion has grown through the years to approach all individuals through a compassionate view and be able to get people the support they need while enduring life challenges and barriers. I have many years of experience in customer service. I am highly motivated and I am always thinking on ways to improve customer care and quality of service. I believe there is a certain strength in building the company from the inside out. I am proactive in learning to expand my knowledge to be a support to our whole team.
