Research based, the core values Pillar Questions have been selectively composed to target only the most foundational & divisive values that are most often at the heart of breakups & divorces.https://weaverdating.comI...- Built and launched Weaver end-to-end from the ground up.- Conducted extensive industry, market, and user research.- Identified a gap in the market and a distilled it down into a problem statement and solution led by the expert research and insights gathered.- Envisioned, planned, strategized, and designed the entirety of Weaver.- Distilled research on values and reasons relationships end into 26 “Pillar Questions”.- Formed and managed the short-term and long-term vision including a roadmap.- Planned and deployed the product and business strategy including establishing product features, monetization, mission, MVP plan, GTM, etc.. - Designed the UX/UI of the entire app. - Created the branding, logo, website, marketing content, and all other design materials.- Managed and worked collaboratively an outsourced developer and eventually my technical partner/CTO to code the MVP, while executing all ongoing iterative UX/UI work, design reviews, testing, and collecting user feedback through to launch and beyond.- Managed development and product backlog.- Created two investor presentations and performed three separate rounds of investor outreach and pitching to raise funding.- Led marketing efforts including creating a go-to-market strategy, marketing material design, social media content creation, influencer marketing, ad campaign creation, and press/interviews.- Grew the app to 1,000 users including paying users with minimal resources and no outside funding.

I designed for Epic’s billing, insurance, inpatient, pharmacy and labor + fertility applications. My day-to-day consisted of being aware and managing key projects and priorities for my apps and myself, providing and soliciting design review/feedback, creating mockups and other design artifacts using tools of the trade (Adobe Creative Suite mostly), constantly working to understand and refine problems before jumping on solutions often through asking thoughtful questions and having an understanding and empathy for end-users, knowing when user testing is appropriate and what questions the tests should attempt to answer, and iterating on designs to account for these usability testing results, research, feedback, technical limitations, and project scope.

I designed and iterated on packaging dielines, graphic layouts, labeling and logo designs. I also shadowed client consultations and worked on the intial stages of set-up to begin selling a new product.
