Over 14 years of experience human services programming, technical assistance, research, and policy - currently a senior manager at The Pew Charitable Trusts, where I manage a team of experts to advance data-driven and evidence-based solutions to improve public safety and justice outcomes and invigorate civic life via funded partnerships and strategic outreach. We hustle to develop and cultivate relationships and identify areas for collaboration and compatible strategies.Previously provided direct services to youth and families in New York City's child welfare and juvenile justice system before taking on a leadership role in program implementation. I am passionate about using evidence and storytelling to inform and influence policy to make a positive difference in lives and communities across the country.
