Project: CTW-320 & 130 RAILWAY & BUILDING PROJECTCompany: TYPSA ConsultantClient: Saudi Railway Company (SAR)position : Civil Engineer AREA OF EXPERTISE:• Maintenace work for Culverts & Bridges• Road works• Bridges, Drainage Culverts, Box culverts & Utilities culverts• Buildings And Services• Telecommunication Towers• Steel Structures Cable bridgesDuties & Responsibilities:Responsible for Earthwork(Railway and Roadwork), Structural work(Culverts ,Bridges, pilling work, shoring work , Drainage work, S&T work, MSE Wall (Mechanical Stabilize work) and Fence work. Preparation of project plan, review and approval of Project Quality Plan. Monitoring that Client’s Quality Standards are strictly followed and implemented, reporting and clearance of non-conformance.  monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun. Monitoring the requirements of the project site & keeping coordination with site management team for information exchange & required action.  Coordinate with Client representatives for any Project Specifications Clarification & Planning including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress. Review site daily reports, Activities & Inspection requests all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.  Responsible for Inspection of installation as per the approved engineering shop drawings, maintain the highest level of quality standards. Responsible for all Structural & Architectural works, execution, technical and contractual issues related to the successful completion of the project, maintaining the highest level of quality standards. Monitor, Inspect & Record Contractors Work with Quality and Quantity Check. Co-Ordinate with Main contractors to achieve the target installation and work completion as per Look Ahead. Inspect all As-Built Drawings as per the site.

• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadline.• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
