Working with construction managementteam, organizing and managing design process and procurement process (bidding, bid evaluation,project planning, and contract award for both consultant and contractors). Review and approve bill ofquantities related to MEP works, enabling works, MEP works. Review and approve enabling workspackage for all projects and managed the tendering and evaluation process. Coordinate all related3structural, civil and MEP works with local authorities such as Marafiq, Civil Defense Attending weeklymeeting and organize all technical meetings related to MEP works. Prepare minutes of meetings,technical reports and monthly progress report. Managed ongoing construction on site review andapprove all related technical documents.

Responsible for the Construction Management and Supervision of all projects in the Dubai for Nakheel projects. Responsibilities include early liaison with Client and Contractor, initial set up of the Contract Documents and supervision of multidisciplinary site teams.Design review, value-engineering, tender-evaluation of Air Conditioning & Ventilation, Plumbing & Drainage, Gas, and Fire Protection systems.Review of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical submittals.Review of coordination and builder's works drawings and equipment approach/routing drawings.
