My duties include Project Management, systems architecture new Product Development, Corporate Sales Management, Systems Deployment, external Training, Service -and Operational Management -and I am also responsible for all the Sage systems Integration. I have been employed at Netcash since December 2005. I am a self-motivated, self-starter, hard worker with a passion for children’s -and animal rights, sales, technology -and gadgets. I flourish on digital and social media platforms, manage various campaigns and sales initiatives via modern technology. After seeing a real need in the transaction banking industry for high volume file format conversions; I had a desktop application developed which converts source data in excel, csv or text formats into the processing format/s and layouts required by the 3rd party processing vendors. I designed the infrastructure, managed the development of the application -and have been successfully improving on it and selling it from a self-made website located at http://www.vir2L.co.za. I named it the "virtual converter" ('Vir2L Converter') as it virtually converts any source data to a format required by a 3rd party processing vendor with minimal computer -or programming knowledge on the part of the user. This is part time hobby and was designed so well that I do not even spend 10 minutes a month on supporting it. All sales and marketing are driven via online / social media marketing campaigns.

One of the initial members that established the Think Bike Marshals, a non-profit in Cape Town, and soon attained Senior Marshal status through dedicated volunteering.The Vice Chairman role involved managing sponsorship relations and marketing to support operations.Took hiatus from marshaling duties due to injury in late 2011.Returned in 2022 to resume marshaling role and again head up sponsorship/marketing portfolio for Western Cape branch.
