I am a Deputy Executive Director at Kav Mashve, a non-profit organization that promotes diversity and inclusion in the Israeli labor market. I manage three leadership development programs that aim to cultivate and empower Arab professionals and entrepreneurs in various sectors and industries. These programs are Almada, Lead Forward, and Roadmap, and they have reached over 140 participants so far.As a certified MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) practitioner, I leverage the insights gained through personality assessments to tailor leadership programs to the specific needs and preferences of participants. This personalized approach fosters self-awareness, team dynamics, communication, and decision-making among leaders. I also have an M.A. in Organizational Development and a B.A. in Human Services and Education from Haifa University, where I gained knowledge and skills in organizational consulting, change management, and human resources. Additionally, I have experience in project management, career consulting, and facilitating groups and workshops for individuals seeking to advance their careers. I am passionate about supporting and developing talent, especially in marginalized and underrepresented communities.
