Duties include overseeing all site operations including Civil Works, Facade works, Steel Erection, Mechanical and Electrical Installation, and other Allied Trades. • Carry out site inductions.• Supervise and manage all site-based operatives, overseeing all aspects of their work including; carrying out safety inductions, controlling quality of work, ensuring method statements are correct and adhered to waste management.• Assist with the preparation of the Health and Safety file.• Maintain and update Construction Phase Health & Safety plan as works proceed.• Liaison with the client, contract manager, head office and designers.• Management of site facilities; welfare, toilets, offices, compound area etc.• Management of site housekeeping, discipline, behavior etc.• Aware at all times of possible commercial opportunities.• Assist in the management of project specific preliminaries.• Co-ordinate the Sub-Contractors as appropriate.• Preparation / assistance with the site progress reports.• Safe storage and co-ordination of materials.• Comply with all the roles and responsibilities.• Attendance and chair project and company related meetings.• Mentor and train members of staff.• Management of Method Statements/Risk Assessments.• Guiding and training employees.• Manage method data/risk assessments.

• Receive MTO/LPO list of all Material, compare and highlight the discrepancies.• Confirm and coordinate with procurement and cost controller dept for issue of P.R and LPO• Monitor the production status and expedite with Vendor/manufacturer for timely delivery of material and documents.• Support and coordinate with vendor for the preparation for Shipping and Documents.• Maintain log of received, Issued, balance, Return To Store materials and ensured availability of material.• Generate Material status reports.• Co- ordinate with Warehouse Manager and ensure issue and receiving of materials are conducted in a timely manner.• Liaise with our project Q.C Team for material issues.• Coordinate and attend in the joint inspection, expedite with Vendor for any repair/installation.• Ensured storage of material as per manufactures and company approved procedures.• Maintained approval documents and supported Internal/External approval.• Reconciling of Company Issued Material and Coordinate for selling of scrap, support in returning of surplus material to back to suppliers• Maintain Purchase Order and material related files as per GINCO companies group to meet Audit requirement.• Ensure the health and safety procedures were followed while handling material.

As Production Engineer 1) Ensure the daily production schedule is performed in accordance with the projects plan.2) In conjunction with plan and review overall status of projects on an ongoing basis.3) Make a deliberate effort to gain a full understanding and working knowledge of the Company’s Quality Systems, ensuring all production personnel adhere to them at all times.4) Prior to the commencement of new project, gain an understanding of the relevant project specifications and drawings and follow the same.5) Ensure optimum usage of manpower, materials and avoid wastage of materials.6) Should meet monthly production target provided by Production Engineer to achieve planned factory hours.7) Responsible for Planning and arranging material on time8) Responsible for Labour productivity and Labour planning and management9) Management of outside labour ,if required10) Responsible for quality control11) Responsible for production Factory hours
