Key Responsibilities: Verify and Process Invoices – • Processing invoices transactions in accordance with Customer policies and procedures.• Including the customer approved PO to Invoice matching technique for all purchasing modules, e.g. two-or three-way match. • Process all immediate payment requests and refund checks in accordance with customer policies and procedures. Resolve Exceptions – • Work with Customer to resolve exception items. • Perform exception resolution on invoices and payments • Track all invoice and payments exceptions through resolution. Process Payments (Disbursements) – • Audit high-dollar transactions, track and resolve duplicate payments or invoices as defined by Customer policies and procedures. • Perform pre-disbursement review and perform the same after receiving Customer approval. • Manage all other disbursement-related activity, like ACH confirmation, disbursement summary, etc.
