- Management of ethical RX (doctors) and OTC (pharmacy and drugstore) products, including the definition and the implementation of the marketing plans to reach sales goals- Planning and management of new products launches and line extensions (both RX and OTC products) - Definition and management of the sales plan (annual, 3YP and 5YP)- Definition and management of the marketing promotional budget- Monitoring of the sales performance and definition and implementation of corrective actions when needed- Monitoring and analysis of the market and the competitors’ activities - Consolidation of the product image, i.e through the creation of specific, target-oriented communication and activities (B2B - doctors, pharmacies and drugstores - and B2C)- Creation and management of media communication (ATL and BTL activities)- Supervision of the translations and cultural adaptations of all marketing materials in German, French and Italian - Sales force training on products and commercial strategies- Organization of and participation to scientific congresses and seminars with Key Opinion Leaders- Relationship and coordination with the different departments (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Production, Logistics, Sales Force) and with external suppliers- Daily use of German, French, English and Italian

- Product development for prestige and mass global brands on all distribution channels- Coordination of all departments (R&D, Development Dept., Packaging Dept., Industrial Dept., Production Dept., Logistic Dept.) and foreign offices (France, USA and China) until delivery of the product- Analysis of the market and product flow (including evaluation of competitors strategies and products)- Budgeting, Sales Forecast- Daily use of SAP and AS400 softwares- Daily use of English and French
