The Anti-Red Tape Authority implements Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018. Its Better Regulations Office contributes to the improvement of regulatory governance in the Philippines through the review of proposed and existing regulations of government agencies, identification of reform initiatives aimed at streamlining regulatory procedures, development of whole-of-government policy reforms and implementation of projects aimed at promoting sound regulatory management practices.
