Duties and Responsibilities-Managing ERP in onboarding and offboarding employees (Zendesk, Trello, Zoho, Salesforce).-Documenting the resolution in helpdesk ticketing system. -Managing and maintaining of IT Assets (ITAM) *Tracking and organizing IT Assets including (computers, laptops, networking devices) and software applications and licenses. * Ensuring IT assets are deployed efficiently, which involves setting up hardware and installing software based on organizational needs. *Providing continuous maintenance and support for IT assets, which includes diagnosing problems, implementing updates and patches, and handling warranties.- Disposing of outdated or obsolete IT assets securely and in an environmentally responsible manner, which involves wiping data and managing disposal.-Conducting regular audits of cable infrastructure to identify and address issues to minimize the downtime.
