I am experienced in specialty chemical applications in heavy industry (Refining, Petrochemical, Steel, Utility, and major Municipal Water Treatment plants, as well as treating off-specification hydrocarbons at refineries, terminals, pipelines, and tankers), as well as Health, Safety, and Environmental issues as they pertain to the safe handling of specialty chemicals in their movement, storage, and chemical delivery/injection. I have been involved in this industry for well over 30 years, and have had direct experience in many aspects of the use of specialty chemicals in said industries. I have had numerous assignments in this business which include sales, sales management, technical and marketing support, global operations management, and HS&E as it pertains to the shipping, delivery, storage, and chemical injection of hazardous chemicals.I retired from Baker Hughes in 2010. I am not interested in a full time assignment, but I do have potential interest in occasional HS&E assignments as they pertain to the safe handling of hazardous chemicals as they are delivered, stored, and injected within heavy industry plants.
