Responsible for start up and management of new facility in Clinton, SC as well as assist in developing new market area. Managed contractors and internal labor and equipment to develop site, erect plant, bring in electric line power, set up office and QC lab and develop pit. Goals to supply an on-site customer with 180,000 tons of material for the I-26 job were achieved.

Responsible for overseeing the QC/QA program for the Sandy Flat, Anderson and Pelham Quarries (2.5 million total tons per year). The goal of having less than 2 penalty based quality issues per year was exceeded with having none.

Assisted the plant manager in overseeing operations at Sandy Flat (1.75 million tons/yr) and Lowrys (1.0 million tons/yr).
