Came back to work for The Generation Companies and was asked to take over the management of the Greensboro property. Trying to build up the extended stay business in the area with sales and internet ads. We have succeed in increasing the 30 + stays by 20% in the past 2 months. Also trying to bring in more business to build up the % and revenue. We are right in line on the star report with the other properties in the extended stay market in the area.

Augusta, Ga.

I came to the hotel to help out the new management company turn the properties around for the ownership. With new management and new sales the hotels were starting to turn the corner and become a real player in the town. The Baymont Inn and Suites has 123 rooms / The Quality Inn Medical Center has 99 rooms. As GM of both properties I was trying to increase sales and revenue and employee moral to become a real contender in the area. Working closely with the ownership and the management company both hotels were making great strides in the increasing of sales and revenue.

Jacksonville, Fl

I took over the as GM of this property after the past GM stepped down. Working closely with the area construction companies to house their employees. The hotel is 12 years old and has gone through some renovations with new carpet and fresh paint. The hotel leads the comp set in OCC. Index and Rev Par index.

Emporia,Va

I was called back to the FFI to help bring the hotel back in the GSS scores. They has fallen well below the average in the scores do to multiple management changes. With the GSS scores in the bottom 300 of 500 hotels the ownership called me back to help increase the numbers. With the focus on the guest and employee training the scores in the 2nd half of the year increased to within the 150 of 500 properties within the brand.

As General Manager of the 141 room hotel the owners were to begin a renovation of all the rooms when they brought me to the property. The renovation consisted of all new vanities and fresh paint of all rooms while still trying to maximize full occupancy.
