In this role I assisted in a variety of electrical responsibilities such as panel building, machine wiring, troubleshooting low voltage equipment as well as a multitude of other tasks. A large focus of this role was to ensure the highest quality was being delivered to the task at hand and met the standards of Eclipse Automation, so that the client felt confident in relying on my ability to not only complete a task but ensure it was done correctly and efficiently. Through my experience I have been able to master the technical skill of wire management and certify that my level of work is clean and organized. Another large aspect of my role was working closely with a team of colleagues and other stakeholders to execute work of varying degrees which required open communication, quick thinking and problem solving. This required me to also travel to different locations to accommodate the customers' needs. These jobs required me to work safely and efficiently while operating power tools such as jig saws, electric drills, chop saws and more.

In this role I was responsible for;· Managing all financial activities directly relating to tenants occupying space at the condominium I was responsible for.· Assessing any and all damages relating to condos in preparation for sale.· Communication with all tenants.· Addressing concerns and upcoming events with current tenants.

· Managed child focused activities in the local community.· Coached and oversaw sporting events.
