I managed, coordinated and supervised across the departments of inbound, ecommerce, outbound shipping activities of a distribution center warehouse. I operational performance using using audit documentation and an AS400 WMS. I was responsible for associates on 3 shifts, which included training, coaching and mentoring. I was also responsible the implementation of various quality programs and the site safety program. I covered all 3 shifts for vacationing supervisors.
