• I am currently employed as an Accounts Executive, • I work to a number of Partners across the organisational structure, providing a service to both internal and external clients.• The majority of my work is delivering specified tasks to clear deadlines (e.g. VAT returns, financial statements, corporation tax returns etc.) • Financial reporting is produced to comply with approved internal standard reporting structures/frameworks. • I have utilised external online reporting systems e.g. reporting and verifying client expenditure on projects using Interreg Europe (funding having originated through the European Regional Development Fund).• Development of performance dashboards - co-ordinating data into a single excel spreadsheet for external clients to simplify overview and analysis of company performance data.• During my time with The MGroup Partnership I have been asked to work on a number of ad-hoc tasks and projects. This has required me to respond to change while balancing competing business and organisational needs.• I am also required to visit clients in their own offices as the representative from my organisation. • I am comfortable communicating with senior personnel/Partners from within my organisation and with our clients• I am aware of the need to maintain high professional standards throughout my areas of work.I am comfortable using different IT systems:o Experienced in accounting and payroll software e.g. Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent o Knowledge of SAPo CCH – for corporation tax returns onlyo Grant audit work through Interreg Europeo Pleo, Dext – Expense claim management systemso Proficient in Excel, Word• I enjoy working as part of a team but can work on my own and use my own initiative.
