Negotiated and delivered interest rate risk management consulting services to depository financial institutions. Involved in sales demonstrations, model implementation and model optimization.Developed and conducted training classes on ALM theory and the use of income simulation software technology

Asset Liability Manager and Investment Portfolio Manager. Determined our interest rate risk position using the BRMS model developed by Chase Bank. Utilized Swaps to insulate the bank from interest rate risk, including development of accounting methods for these transactions. Also involved in product development, product pricing, budgeting and planning.

Implemented the ALCO function at both banks, including installation of interest rate risk analysis software (BRMS and Sendero) and leadership of ALCO. Assisted customers with investment purchases and managed the investment portfolio.
