Performing the following duties in all roles with varying levels of responsibility:• Overseeing site installations with meticulous attention to detail and quality control• Working closely with clients, head contractors, architects and structural engineers• Providing leadership and support to employees and contractors• Analysing projects to determine resource requirements and procure necessary equipment• Customer service and liaison, building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with key stakeholders• Coordinating subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed according to plan, specifications and quality requirements• Quantity surveying and estimating• Ascertaining and requesting variations to contracts• Inventory control; ordering all materials and coding invoices• Negotiating subcontract and supply prices• Document control• Managing project diary• Producing various reports and correspondence• Performing as a strong leader of a cohesive team with strict enforcement of health, safety and statutory regulations, service level agreements, quality standards, governance processes and compliance requirements

• Overseeing daily operations; supervising, training and mentoring personnel• Computing bills of quantity using architectural drawings• Costing calculations; preparing tenders and quotes• Project management including overseeing site measurements, resource planning and quality control• Customer service and liaison, building strong working relationships with architects, project managers and other key stakeholders• Resolving complaints and enquiries• Data entry and database management, maintaining meticulous records• Preparing and submitting progressive claims, variation orders and final invoices• Performing as a strong leader of a cohesive team with strict enforcement of health and safety regulations
