About Marc De Klerk

After spending 10 years within the Retail Banking industry and gaining various invaluable corporate skills, I felt that my career needed a new direction. I needed a new challenge. I resigned in March 2011 to pursue a career within the IT sector focusing on hardware, end user support and network infrastructure administration. In this pursuit I have completed the CompTIA A+ CompTIA N+ certifications and I have recently attained my MCSA Server 2016 certification. I have over the past few years been fortunate enough to do contract work for various IT Service providers as an IT Support/Desktop technician which allowed me the opportunity to develop a strong foundation for my new career path. More specifically, I have had exposure to laying cables, installing operating systems and software, troubleshooting hardware faults, system upgrades, printer repairs, remote support/end user support, 1st tier Active Directory management and 1st tier network troubleshooting.
