20 years ago, I founded By.O to help our customers develop successful & sustainable supply chains and B2B ecosystems. I am convinced that only respectful and balanced relationships can help develop projects and industries that are economically sound, socially and environmentally sustainable.To achieve this, we help define strategies, lead transformation projects, carry out operational missions and develop the skills of your teams. We are proud to count major international groups (Air France, Danone, L'Oréal, LVMH, Mars, Pernod Ricard, Seb, Veolia, TotalEnergies...) and public organisations (Ministry of Defence, Ministry of the Interior, State Purchasing Department...) among By.O's clients, with a presence in over 30 countries.10 years ago, I also founded Apexagri (www.apexagri.com), which develops successful and sustainable agri-food chains, particularly in Africa and the Middle East with a presence in over 15 countries. I am also a boad member of the Fondation pour l'Agriculture et la Ruralité dans le Monde (FARM) and the association Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries Africa (ALFA).Since 2024, ByO/Apexagri and the Cubik Group (www.cubik-partners.com) have been joining forces to pursue a common mission: to make our customers leaders in sustainable performance, from the inside (organisation, processes, management...) to the outside (suppliers and upstream industries).
