As a Police Detective at City of Pearland, I apply my all of my training and years of experience with law enforcement to investigate and solve a range of criminal cases, from burglary and theft, family violence and various other crimes. I have earned multiple certifications and awards for my performance, professionalism, and leadership in the field.Before joining the Pearland Police Department in 2011, I worked as a Police Officer at Friendswood Police Department for three years, where I graduated from the Police Academy and acquired valuable skills and knowledge in law enforcement and criminal justice. Prior to beginning my Police career, I served in the United States Coast Guard as a Boatswain's Mate and a Boarding Officer, participating in several Homeland Security and Customs Border Patrol missions across the coast of Texas and California. I am passionate about protecting and serving the community, upholding the law, and delivering justice. The skills I have obtained from my military and law enforcement careers have laid the foundation for my hard work, dedication, integrity and moral philosophy that will easily translate to a new career.
