Manage the Restaurant Manager, Executive Chef, Catering Sales Manager, Golf Professionalstaff, daily to help assure the highest level of guest satisfactionManage Locker Room and Housekeeping staff to include, scheduling, standards, routine qualitycontrols and guest satisfaction.Manage Pool Operation during season including personnel, operations, cleanliness and guestsatisfaction.Responsible for all Membership related inquiries and sales.effective orientation and training for new staff and professional developmentDevelops on-going training programs for service personnelPersonally handles selected member and guest complaints Manages the organizational chart, staffing and scheduling procedures and job descriptions/specifications for all department staffEnsures that all legal requirements are consistently adhered to, including wage and hour andfederal, state and/or local laws pertaining to alcoholic beveragesManages documentation of personnel and membership recordsImplements policies and procedures for ClubFollow an operating budget for each of the department’s revenue outlets; after approval,monitors and takes corrective action as necessary to assure that the budget’s sales and costgoals are attainedEstablishe quantity and quality output standards for personnel in all positions within thedepartmentManage the long-range staffing needs of the departmentsInspect to ensure that all safety, sanitation, cleanliness, energy management, preventivemaintenance and other standards are consistently met.Develop interesting ways of promoting club functions in the dining room and loungesHelps plan, approve and execute external and internal marketing and sales promotion activitiesfor the ClubResearch new products and develops an analysis of the cost/profit benefitsMaintain responsibility for sales, expenses and profit goals as outlined in the Food andBeverage Department’s and Membership operating plans/budgets
