Marc has over 20 years testing experience in the Petroleum, Railways, Defence, Health Roadside Assistance and Retail industries. Throughout his career Marc has developed a high level of interpersonal skills, having worked either as a Test Manager or Project Manager (at executive level during his engagement with the Department of Defence) and his level of success has been as a result of his ability to successfully interact and communicate with stakeholders at all organisational levels; from gleaning information from workforce operatives, to presenting findings and reporting to senior managers. His ongoing success has required that good working relationships are established and fostered with key stakeholders (internal & external, and at all organisational levels) and maintained throughout the course of the project/work. Marc has worked on large government and international projects predominately following the V-Model, and Agile (including the emergent ‘New Ways of Working’), development processes and was involved in the setting up and management of a wide variety of testing
