His ongoing success has required that good working relationships are established and fostered with key stakeholders (internal & external, and at all organisational levels) and maintained throughout the course of the project/work. Position Description* Lead provision of advice and support for the design of Queensland Health ICT policy, processand methodology frameworks for testing ensuring quality assurance best practice for whole ofQueensland Health implementation.* Lead the establishment of testing parameters, strategies and plans for complex projects inregards to the scope, approach and boundaries of testing, as well as justification of why suchparameters are required. Provide a first line of response to program streams to assist withcomplex project queries and issues regarding testing procedures and outcomes, andtroubleshoot best practice solutions to issues.* Work closely with program streams and Information Division (ID) Innovation and Assurance inorder to correctly interpret what is required for acceptance testing and communicate testingoutcomes, testing entry and exit criteria, testing plans and engage them in testing best practiceframeworks and principles through testing leadership and support.* Lead the liaison and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders, to resolve issuesrelating to technical testing, strategies, test plans, test tool and test environment requirements,concepts, techniques and processes.* Lead the liaison with Innovation and Assurance to ensure the program approach to testing is inline with ID testing strategies and contemporary best practice and national and internationaltrends.* Lead the liaison with Innovation and Assurance (I & A) to conduct planned ICT SafetyAssessments (Functional Hazard Analysis) and tailor project test strategies to mitigate patientsafety risks in line with AS 61508 standard.* Perform test leadership and management tasks for a program test team.* Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource managementpractices with particular reference to employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupationalhealth and safety and ethical behaviour.
