In my role as Director of Reporting & Analytics, my objective is to provide stakeholders with information, analysis and recommendations which help drive employee development, business line growth, profitability, and customer experience. I achieve this objective by having a keen understanding of our organization’s operational processes & KPIs, a strong knowledge of our systems and underlying data sources, the technical ability to query these data sources, and perhaps most importantly, the aptitude to interpret this data to drive appropriate business decisions. Key to my success is my ability to communicate complex situations and data to both the C-suite and front line management to drive operational understanding and change.I have grown my career to support a worldwide organization by listening to my stakeholders, my employees and understanding the needs of my customers.
