Internship at LACAL(Prof Lenstra) under the supervision of Dr. Anja Becker. The internship was an introduction to Lattice cryptography. I had the privilege to discover theoretical foundations as well as application to cryptanalysis. I had to understand and implement the Coppersmith method to find small roots of bi-variate interger polynomials(Variation by J.S de Coron):http://www.jscoron.fr/publications/bivariate.pdf I also had to asses the accuracy of the following paper on integer factorization: http://dblp.org/rec/journals/iacr/ErraG09.The last part of the internship was dedicated to code based cryptography.
