Create and submit client proposal documentation based upon site visits and owners’ budgets and requirements. Negotiate percentage of completion statistics for timely payment requisitions, and devise, create, and negotiate cases for change order documentation with architects, designers, subcontractors, and construction management. Provide consultation during design phase, to architects and designers to ensure concepts can be constructed to perform to their specified design.•Coordinate daily activities of all labor and subcontractors for up to six concurrent projects; provide controlled scheduling and supervision for more than twenty-five sub-contractors to perform their work simultaneously over the course of the projects.•Negotiate contracts with vendors, sub-contractors and clients. Maintain financial ledgers, track daily, weekly, and monthly revenues, project quarterly financials. Compile and track payroll, expenses, update profit and loss statements. Assemble successful field staff “teams”, utilizing standard hiring/firing methods and necessary “referral/background-check” procedures, thereby creating a very winning “corporate culture”.
