As a professional Scrum Master, my role is to bring the development teams to learn, apply and work into the Agile methodology. Into my responsabilities, I do training to other departments as well as new employees to learn the scrum process. In fact, I serve the team to reach the best practices and help each team member to be efficient into the process.

As a Software Technical Leader and Agile ScrumMaster, my responsabilities include the revision of the Marketing Requirement, the collaboration with System Engineering, the planning and follow-up of the schedule, the integration of all the different groups (hardware, system engineering, SQA, technical writing, deployment, production) in all the phases of the projets. My objectives are: to help the different teams to collaborate and auto managed themself to reach the projet goals, to keep a clear vision of the different relations into the project and develop the best product withing the budget and timeline planned.
