Until 2006, I was responsible for the design integration and systems installation for new and emerging technologies in collaboration with the Flight Test Center which are currently being applied to new product development. Key accomplishments were successful development and test of a composite fuselage demonstrator using automated tape laying technology combined with the application of structural bonding; structural integration of an electrical brake system on a Global Express flight test aircraft used a mitigation development program for the C Series.

Engineering scope included metallic, composites and bonded structures.Key customers supported included Viking Air, Voyageur Airways, Air Greenland, Petroleum Air Services, Air Tindi, Air Seychelles, Zimex Aviation, Air Moorea and the Royal Canadian Air Force. During this period, I was a TCCA candidate delegate for minor repairs.Assist Voyageur Airways on returning one of their DASH7 aircraft to service during a week long assignment in North Bay, Ontario preparing minor and major structural repair dispositions. The operation was completed during a routine C check where the return to service schedule was critical to the customer.
