The role involves planning my own journey plan for the period, and keeping to it to ensure an equal spread across all retailers and to deliver the best return on investment possible. In order to measure return on investment for Colgate, performance is measured by monthly KPI’s, with the results announced monthly at team meetings. My ability to communicate with people at various levels, coupled with excellent sales and organisational skills has resulted in me gaining a top ten finish each month. The role also involves sharing of information with other members of the team. I have demonstrated this on a number of occasions via e-mail and conversations with colleagues on a daily basis, and recently delivered a presentation at the monthly team meeting. Show less

In order to be successful in this role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to build strong and reliable working relationships with key contacts. Excellent organisation and time management is essential, as is attention to detail and the ability to record accurate information. Consistently good feedback from my line manager has led to undertaking additional responsibilities. A practical approach has meant that I have been able to make suggestions for solving problematic situations.
