- Create engaging, clickable, shareable social content that encourages virality and ensures the TripAdvisor brand remains a top-of-mind source of travel inspiration- Collaborate cross-functionally with partners in Content, Marketing, PR, and CRM to create, support, and execute content and campaigns to support key Marketing initiatives- Measure audience growth and user engagement across multiple social channels using various analysis and research tactics- Report on targeted KPIs to guide the social media strategy- Recruit “influencers” to TripAdvisor’s redesigned social media platform

- Support the office’s Employee Experience Strategy by sustaining efficient operations within HQ- Oversee the global shipping platform by maintaining relationships with various couriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL), training office support colleagues around the world, troubleshooting shipping/delivery issues, and ensuring the delivery of time-sensitive material within HQ- Coordinate new hire onboarding process with Hiring Managers, HR and IT departments- Manage the scheduling and set up for video conferences and meetings within HQ- Engage employees and encourage participation at office, volunteer, and learning and development events- Field and follow up on all queries from the public and customers, and triage workflow- Maintain public- and staff-facing communication boards and information screens- Cover front desk, answer phones, manage inventory, and provide additional administrative assistance as needed- Supported a ServiceNow build for our service request ticket management system, working along side with our internal IT department as well as leading training sessions with end users.

- Screen talent pools and conduct preliminary phone interviews to confirm qualifications, skills, salary requirements, career pipeline and work authorization- Partner with managers, human resources, and other talent acquisition teams to develop effective marketplace recruitment, including identifying target industries, companies, user groups, and institutions to proactively create pools of qualified candidates- Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts

- Train and manage 8-10 sale representatives in merchandising, maintaining clientele, andachieving sales goals- Manage all department inventory and conduct weekly inventory verifications- Ensure floor plans and promotional events were in line with corporate guidelines
