Upward Labs is a Startup Lab and Venture Fund that developed the ideal ecosystem to fast-track startups in the US. In January 2022, Upward Labs launched its Net Zero Lab & Fund designed to generate innovative solutions to substantial challenges in front of the real estate industry. The Lab pairs the most innovative Net Zero startups from around the world with a limited number of large commercial and multifamily owners, operators and developers who are committed to achieving Carbon Reduction and Net Zero in their properties. Upward Labs, facilitates a well designed, collaborative program that identifies and rapidly explores the most promising use cases, pilots, and commercialization opportunities between the startups and Partners.
