Also include enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.Ensure the training program and processes are industry leading and training review groups are actively identifying and prioritizing training needs for their respective groups. Provide opportunities for ongoing development and to resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary.
