Regional Management: • Managed North East North America region with $110MM in sales, 9 manufacturing plants and 10 territory account managers.• Developed and defended leading market share position in eastern Canada by implementing innovative and effective value propositions. • Let eastern Canadian team through a consolidation of manufacturing plants.

Account Management:• Managed the Atlantic Canadian market for Sonoco's Industrial Carriers Division.• Introduced new products from Cascades-Sonoco and gained leading market share position.

Program management for sheet metal and composite component manufacturing to supply aerospace business. Managed major customer programs including Bell Helicopter, Boeing Canada and the Department of National Defense. Led program teams that included manufacturing planners and customer service representatives. .
