I have 28 years of work experience in multiple industries during my career. A Licensed andInternational Red Seal Certified Journeyman Machinist by trade, 17 years of experience inmanufacturing, R&D and site work. Extensive technical supervisory experience in various industriessuch as Oil, Wood, Food and particularly 11 years in Nuclear, during Removal and Installation phasesof the Re-Tubing of a reactor. Presently I am the Director of Health, Safety and Environment forSNC Lavalin Nuclear Canada.Selected Accomplishment • Manufacturing, testing and installation of high temperature on-line monitoring system (FOLTM) for feeder pipe thickness at Gentilly II and Pt. Lepreau.• Manufacture of class 3-leakage collection indicators for Wolsong and Qinshan projects.• Ultrasonic flow metering and feeder template thickness inspections for Pt. Lepreau (1997 - 2006).• Feeder repair in 2003, P09, C13, N19, manufacturing tools and J prep well and jigs for AECL.• Fuel channel ovality correction in 2003 for AECL at Pt. Lepreau and Hardness testing of turbine blade on the secondary side. • In 2004 worked on feeder repair for N11a with AECL. In addition, that same year managed on manufacturing Ice Plugs for Pt. Lepreau NGS.• In 2005 replacing thirteen feeders at Pt. Lepreau one of the AECL Feeder Mechanical Supervisors and Supervisor for Feeder Mechanical Training.• In 2006 installation of HEP probe on C11a feeder. • Flow metering in moderator for AECL refurbishing group. • ID cleaning of boilers on the primary side at Ontario Bruce Nuclear Plant. Trained on robot installation, robot manipulation and processing side of the system, for Bruce B Unit 8.• In 2007 ID cleaning of boilers on the primary side at Ontario Bruce nuclear plant. For Bruce B Unit 6.• In 2007 Setting up SJ2 Mock up area for training Retube tooling series as a supervisor.
