As a highly experienced technical engineering and product manager, I specialise in creating, integrating and troubleshooting bespoke IT products and solutions for end users. With over 18 years’ experience designing and developing software products for both large and small clients, I successfully manage the entire software development lifecycle, from business requirements analysis and conceptualisation through to testing, implementation and customer accessibility. I have managed numerous people and projects from the start of my career, and have created and deployed around 6 software products that are now in common use, the biggest of which is NAGRA Secure Video Player. I started at Kudelski Group - Nagravision as a Software Developer then moved to Head of Engineering, responsible for managing teams in enabling a first deployable product for at least one customer; we now have around 20 major customers. I am now a specialist in high-tech products (such as DTV video systems), from a product management and technical perspective.I am quick to understand the very latest technologies and industry developments, and demonstrate a logical and analytical approach to problem solving together with the ability to translate complex concepts to end users, colleagues and third parties. I am a strong, supportive leader, with extensive experience in managing cross-functional, agile teams. I thrive in high tech, fast-paced environments, and excel at both presenting cases and influencing those who will benefit from the end result.
