The programme was initiated to transition Rowan Darington operations onto SS&C’s new Advent / Hubwise DFM administration platform, which was aligned with SJP’s strategic objective to use SS&C as the principle outsource partner. The scope of the programme included the migration of multi £bn+ of assets covering 10,000+ high net worth clients. My role included direct line management of a team of 7 project managers and 40 project personnel and covered all aspects of the programme from proposition design, system development, data migration and operation readiness.
