I started life in hospitality working in busy bars and restaurants quickly climbing the ladder to becoming a duty Manager for the well established brand Toby Carvery. Challenging and exciting it was, each day brought new experiences.Feeling it was time for a change, I became a trainee lettings negotiator for a lettings agent in Sheffield, I quickly established myself within the company and became a fully fledged lettings negotiator within 3 months. Within the next 6 years I enjoyed the role and was promoted several times and felt with client and candidate experience under my belt it was time to look for a role in Recruitment.I joined Blue Arrow 1 year ago and have established myself and my industrial division within the Sheffield market. Having already gained the respect of an extensive candidate base including John Lewis, Ikea, Tesco and Norbert Dentressangle I has proved to my clients time and time again that I am willing to go the extra mile! I enjoy great relationships with my clients, visiting sites regularly. With over 50 people working for me each week I decided that recruitment was not for me and wanted to return to my true passion of Estate Agency. I am now a Branch Manager for Martin & Co in Sheffield, Woodseats. It is a small branch with lots of potential and I will grow the business as much as I can with my experience and passion for the business. I am genuinely passionate about what I do, delivering a reliable service consistently!
