Promoted to provide strategic leadership of daily operations, partnering with corporate and cross-functional leadership on the development, implementation and execution of strategies, processes and initiatives. Hold direct accountability for identifying operational requirements and establishing plans for driving continuous improvement; lead the development and rollout of process change initiatives and policies at the store and corporate level. Direct all operational functions, including establishing and enforcing best practices, as well as ensuring the attainment of productivity, performance and service goals. Build, develop and lead a team of 6, as well as onsite vendor resources and offshore contractors. Tasked with overseeing private label financial portfolio for 3 partners, contributing $130M to annual topline sales; led the management of lease to own program improvements worth $475K and drove $11M enterprise cost savings. Spearheaded the transition to new credit providers, resulting in $1.4M annual cost savings and additional $6.6M financial impact to top line sales. Facilitated all contract negotiations, contributing to the contract design and partnerships with credit provider and cross-functional teams to ensure successful transition. Built and continue to manage relationship with insurance partner to provide risk management and administration services for extended warranty coverage, as well as claims, store and corporate execution of insurance program, including the annual watch protection plan, which has driven a $1M sales increase. Delivered performance and productivity improvements through the selection and implementation of new technologies; partnered with vendors to facilitate the customization, rollout and enhancement of solutions. Orchestrated multiple projects and initiatives to achieve 95%+ process improvement execution rates.
