Responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the sales team, which includes developing and coaching employees to achieve their personal and professional goals as well as achieving and exceeding the branch sales forecast

As a Government Marketing Manager I am responsible for assisting the Northeast and Canadian operations on their marketing efforts to municipalities, institutions of higher education, and other political subdivisions. I work with the individual sales team on developing a customized solution for their transportation and fleet management needs that allows them to improve efficiency and refresh their fleet vehicles while staying within their approved budgets.

I work with business owners/executives as well as local government agencies that currently have a fleet of vehicles or utilize car allowances / mileage reimbursement. My main objective is to devise a system for their business/agency that minimizes the total cost associated with running and owning a fleet of vehicles. Through our consultative approach we have partnered with 200+ local businesses here in Central Pennsylvania and are continuing to grow. A typical consultation takes 30-45 minutes. After the initial meeting we determine if a partnership with Enterprise Fleet Management makes financial and operational sense. Our programs decrease costs, increase cash flow, improve operational efficiencies and profit margins

Supervise and operate main office in Camp Hill and also satellite location in Lemoyne inside L B Smith Dealership, which is the largest satellite in the group (a fleet of 220 cars) • Fleet management - control of fleet mix, reductions and increases of fleet based on projected profits • Profitability analysis- monitoring core areas of profitability and focus on weak areas to increase overall profitability • Meet monthly with travel executives and management to discuss rental services and rental benefits • Responsible for billing, customer service and sales calls to generate corporate business
