· Conduct hands-on testing of Prisma Cloud functionalities within Palo Alto Networks' internal lab, executing live demonstrations for clients to showcase the robust functionality of Prisma Cloud to secure their cloud environments· Orchestrate the deployment of defender agents across diverse environments, including VMs, containers, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, to ensure comprehensive runtime protection, vulnerability management, and compliance auditing· Effectively communicate with clients, sales teams, and cross-functional peers to understand customer environments, requirements, and security roadmaps· Collaborate closely with clients to guide and suggest integrations, providing valuable insights into optimizing and migrating policies to Prisma Cloud· Adeptly navigate complex client needs by authoring custom policies in RQL (RedLock Query Language). Optimize Freddie Mac’s Endpoint Security System through tool reconciliation, policy definition, incident response, patching, troubleshooting, and non-production testing while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure minimized system and user downtime.· Develop and execute proof-of-concept (POC) procedures with technologies used for cloud container security, network security, endpoint security, and database security.· Engineer IBM Guardium to maintain effective database activity monitoring and ensure all company owned databases remain SOX compliant.· Function as lead project manager to create an Endpoint Security Team Dashboard in Jira that refines tracking and aids in closure of all team activities, providing management with better insight into team projects and helping to identify blockers that need escalation.· Deploy Prisma Cloud Compute to monitor cloud container applications and scan for vulnerabilities and malware· Lead incident response to maximize bandwidth and minimize downtime.· Research and test new security products for functionality and network with vendors to determine feasibility.· Spearhead efforts to migrate a self-hosted cloud container solution (Twistlock) to a SaaS model (Prisma Cloud Compute).

Collaborated with various stakeholders, departments, and vendors on project management to implement solutions for access management issues.• Liaised with IAM Global Solutions team to implement a Federated Single-Sign-On (SSO) solution for external clients.• Analyzed external client evaluations to identify requirements to federate into the network (SAML, PSD2, Multifactor Authentication).• Managed and reported federated SSO use cases to provide onboarding strategy for external client requests.• Transformed legacy Role Based Access Control (RBAC) model to new access management tool to consolidate the provisioning and deprovisioning processes for internal identities.

 Supervised and assisted a group of 15-20 students with daily assignments to aid them with completing their work for the summer.  Aided college professors every week with organizing student paperwork and made copies in order to hand them out to students. Arranged weekly meetings with students in order to discuss the student’s development.
