Payroll for 50 employees using Genesis Pro hand stamp to reconcile hours with employees time sheets, enters hours, pay rate, flex, annuity, insurance, etc., changes into Paychex’s Preview payroll software. Catch-up independent audit for two years.

Supervised the daily accounting activities at five offices serving Collin, Dallas, Denton and Tarrant Counties. Managed an annual budget of $6.1 million. Accountable for A/P, A/R, G/L, Escrow Reconciliation, Audit Preparation and Cash Management. Administered operational standards and controls. Trained, motivated and evaluate the performance of Staff Accountants and support personnel.

A not-for-profit shelter, serving the living needs of up to 400 homeless persons daily. The foundation employs 25 permanent staff members and approximately 50 contract personnel.Full charge responsibility for an annual budget of $1.3 million. Supervised all accounting, financial reporting, auditing and resources management functions. Prepared revenue forecasts, managed cash flow, assisted in fund raising and participated in media / public relations.
