Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, accounting, & expense control.Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs & provide personalized service.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, & feedback efficiently.Product Management: Select, purchase, & maintain inventory of flowers, plants, & related supplies.Ensure the freshness & quality of all floral products.Design and Creativity: Create unique & appealing floral designs for various occasions.Stay updated with trends in floral design & incorporate them into offerings.Marketing & Sales: Develop & implement marketing strategies to attract new customers & retain existing ones.Manage sales, promotions, & display of products to maximize visibility and appeal.Team Management and Training: Hire, train, & manage staff, ensuring a high level of service & expertise.Schedule staff shifts and manage their performance.Event Coordination:Collaborate with clients for event-specific floral needs (weddings, funerals, corporate events).Coordinate logistics for delivery & setup of floral arrangements.Supply Chain Management: Establish & maintain relationships with suppliers & vendors.Negotiate contracts & manage supply orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.Health & Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the shop.Implement and maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.Online Presence and E-commerce:Manage the shop's online presence, including website and social media.Oversee the e-commerce aspect, handling online orders and deliveries.Community Engagement:Participate in community events & initiatives to promote the business.Collaborate with local businesses & organizations for mutual promotion.
