The Fuels Mitigation Crew Supervisor, under the direction of the Fuels Mitigation Manager, performs and leads the work of District Aides who complete physical tasks related to wild land fuel reduction.

Fire District Aides perform a variety of non-emergency tasks supporting the general operation of the District. These activities include messenger, public and community education, hydrant checking, exterior hazard abatement, towing and hitching trailers, operating small power tools, administrative assignments and special projects as required.

Position DescriptionThe PSA is primarily responsible for performing resets and ensuring in-store displays and signage are maintained and up to date. This includes instal and maintaining vendor displays, ensuring all displays are in working order, and processing photos of product displays. The PSA is also responsible for greeting and acknowledging all customers in a friendly, professional manner and providing quick, responsive customer service. This position will be assigned to a home store where they will assist in maintaining merchandising standards and executing product service projects and tasks. They will also travel at least weekly, and often on a daily basis, between a designated group of stores within their assigned market to execute projects, resets, and service.ResponsibilitiesAbility to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction). Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodation; AND 200 pounds team lift. Must be a licensed driver with reliable transportation and ability to pass MVR screen. Ability to travel between stores within market and work overnight and weekends as required. Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions. Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
