A B O U T___M E _I am a Compliance Professional Leader with industry experience in both Pharma and Medical Devices. _Since December 2021 I am working full time as Legal & Compliance Director and Board Member for the Swiss Affliate. In this role I am providing advise on a wide range of areas. Previously I gained experience as Compliance Auditor for Daiichi Sankyo Europe._Prior to Daiichi Sankyo I had been on 1y paternity leave and before that with Vifor Pharma Group to help to build the Group's Compliance Program following its split from Galenica in 2017. In this role I have successfully driven and accomplished various global Compliance projects. _I regularly accept speaker and panel invitations at relevant congresses where time and duties permit. I also have been engaged as faculty on Compliance topics by the IRP Institute of St. Gallen University and published an article about implications of the ‹MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice› in the Swiss law journal „Life Science Recht“ by Stämpfli. _In June 2021 I was appointed by the Foundation Board of the AO Foundation to the AO Ethics and Compliance Committee. https://www.aofoundation.org/who-we-are/about-ao/ethics-and-compliance-committeeK E Y___A C H I E V E M E N T S _Driving and implementing essential elements and processes of a Comprehensive Compliance Program at Daiichi Sankyo (Schweiz) AG and Vifor Pharma Group, including the successful launch of core Compliance elements including Legal & Compliance Policies, a Code of Ethics, a Third Party Due Diligence process and tool, a as well as the rollout of a speak up system in 26 countries_In my role as Compliance Auditor I largely contributed to the improvement of the quality and standard of the Compliance Program of Daiichi Sankyo (Europe) GmbH and its 16 affiliates_As a team leader, successfully steering of two teams through three major organizational changes at UBS Investment Bank by continuously realigning tasks and processes to business needs, which resulted in a 0% headcount reduction for the 16 FTE under review
