Responsible for definition and execution of a industry 4.0 roadmap in close cooperation with the 3M EMEA and US management. Includes building and leading a team to design and execute several, sustainable solutions along the supply chain. This includes digitalization and automation activities in manufacturing.Automation is mainly driven by robotics. Digitalization tools integrated start with basic activities around Security (e.g. CPwE), SCADA and MES, followed by integrating data automation with solution like Savigent Workflow as well as data analytics (e.g. with Seeq or in cooperation with suppliers as Celonis). In addition to this role, responsible for on-site continuous improvement team, taking care for all lean management activities and a support team, supporting operations in regard to IT-relevant topics like SAP, Dozuki, Printers, etc.
